All balloon sales are final sales!

If any changes need to be made to the delivery date of your balloon order we require 42 hours notice.

If in the event you are unable to change the date of your balloon order, and need to cancel, a store credit will be issued. All cancelations must be made 72 hour prior to the original date.

We pride ourselves on our waste management in all corners of our business, especially our balloon waste; therefore, we encourage all of our customers to return their balloon transport bag and balloon weight. In exchange we will issue a store credit. We do not support balloon releases, and have the right to refuse any balloon sale if this is the intended use for our balloons.
